Article on 'informal content regulation' published in IPR

My new article on the informal governance of online content was published in Internet Policy Review under the snappy title “The platform governance triangle: conceptualising the informal regulation of online content.”

It’s part of a special issue bringing together ‘the best policy-oriented papers’ presented at the Association of Internet Researchers conference in Montreal, and I feel very lucky to be among such great company (José van Dijck, Bernhard Reider, Nick Couldry, Jeanette Hofmann, Natasha Tusikov, Lina Dencik, and others!).

It’s available open access on the journal’s webpage.
